Internal Bullying

Someone has filled your head with negative thoughts about yourself. You now have either convinced yourself that what they said is true or that you have to prove them wrong. Either way, other's negative perception of you has caused you to react. It's time to change your thought process.

Right now, get a piece of paper and divide it into 4 sections.

  • On one side write 5 negative things someone has told you about yourself.

  • On the other side write 5 negative things you have told yourself about you.

  • Take 5 deep breaths

Now in the next section

  • Write 5 positive things someone has told you about yourself

  • On the other write 5 positive things you have told yourself about you.

  • Take 5 deep breaths

Now rip off the negative sections and throw them away. Take the positive sections and put them where you can see them daily. Read your positive list daily.
