Dear Lily,
I am a mother of 3 lovely children and I suffer from anxiety and depression. I have been told to go to therapy on multiple occasions. I just don't feel like it's not for me. I usually just write in my journal and keep my emotions to myself. Since this coronavirus pandemic, I have been feeling even more anxious and low. Some days I just don't feel like getting out of bed. The only time I get a break from the children is when I go grocery shopping. When I come home, i'm greeted with reality. I have been searching for new ways to bring motivation back into my life. Have you ever felt like the weight is never lifted? Like you have no choice but to carry the load.
